  • Gavin Malone - Head of Islands Commercial, Guernsey

    Gavin leads an island based team of relationship managers to support all commercial customers for Guernsey, ranging from small sole traders to locally licensed commercial service providers and intermediaries, supporting clients with various banking needs through their lifecycle. Gavin has worked for the group for over 8 years, mainly in the Corporate sector, managing client relationships within the Group. He has accumulated a wealth of sector specialist knowledge in the Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) and Retail and Leisure business sectors. He has extensive experience of Corporate Finance, Transactional Banking, Hedging, Capital Markets and Asset Management. Gavin has also achieved the AMCT Diploma in Treasury with the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

  • John Craig - Senior Relationship Manager

    John has worked for Lloyds Banking Group for 30 years, and has operated in many different locations and markets across the UK. He has extensive experience in the business and corporate banking sectors, having held client facing relationship management and restructuring roles for many years across the SME, Mid Market and Corporate sectors, as well as leading teams internally within the Commercial Credit Risk Management department. John has extensive experience of structuring both cash flow and asset based lending, and is a Chartered Banker.

    Janet is well known and respected within the local business community having developed a strong relationship with a large portfolio of local clients and business professionals. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise within the local business market.

    Archana Sharma-Petwal - Assistant Relationship Manager

    Born and brought up in India, Archana worked in 5-star hotels in Sales and Marketing for 5 years and moved to Guernsey in 2011 to a hotel as their Events & Marketing Manager. Archana is a Graduate in English and has a Diploma in Hotel Management. She is well-known on the Island for good relationships with customers and won the Guernsey Judges Special award in 2014 for providing excellent customer service throughout her role. She moved to her current role as Relationship Manager in January 2015, assuming responsibility for a portfolio of customers running locally trading businesses.

    Beth has over 20 years experience in finance and is responsible for liaison with intermediaries and Fiduciary clients. She worked in the UK for 7 years for Chase Manhattan Bank, before returning to Guernsey to work for various banks, as a Treasury Dealer, Relationship Manager and Manager of a small managed bank.

    Mandy Webber - Relationship Manager

    Mandy has over 30 years experience in the offshore market having most recently worked in a compliance role for the last 6 years. She moved to the Intermediary team as a Relationship Manager to liaise and build relationships with Intermediary and Fiduciary clients. Mandy has been a keen sportswoman for many years which has opened up networking opportunities.
