  • Janet Burt - Senior Relationship Manager

    Janet heads the Local Commercial team in Guernsey. She is well known and respected within the local business community having developed a strong relationship with a large portfolio of local clients and business professionals. With over 30 years banking experience, Janet has a wealth of knowledge and expertise within the local business market.

    Kara Lucas - Relationship Manager

    Kara has 25 years experience with the Lloyds Banking Group and has completed a wide range of differing roles throughout her career at Lloyds. Over the last 5 years Kara has worked with the Local Team to develop strong working relationships within the local business community. Kara takes an active role in the community with her help with the Guiding Association.

    Paul Samman - Assistant Relationship Manager

    Paul has worked for Lloyds Banking Group for over 20 years. Having gained experience in a number of roles in the Retail Bank and Treasury function, he moved to Commercial Banking in 2008. Initially working with the Intermediary Team looking after local fiduciaries, he moved teams in 2014 to start managing a portfolio of locally based trading companies.

    Archana Sharma-Petwal - Assistant Relationship Manager

    Born and brought up in India, Archana worked in 5-star hotels in Sales and Marketing for 5 years and moved to Guernsey in 2011 to a hotel as their Events & Marketing Manager. Archana is a Graduate in English and has a Diploma in Hotel Management. She is well-known on the Island for good relationships with customers and won the Guernsey Judges Special award in 2014 for providing excellent customer service throughout her role. She moved to her current role as Relationship Manager in January 2015, assuming responsibility for a portfolio of customers running locally trading businesses.

  • Sean Gauvain - Senior Relationship Manager

    Sean leads the Guernsey Intermediary Team and has spent the last 14 years working in client focused roles, with 8 years spent in the finance industry in both the retail and private banking sectors. Sean brings his strong relationship skills, taking the time to get to know his clients and truly understand their business in order to deliver the outstanding service our clients expect, whilst living our group values of keeping it simple, putting customers first and making a difference together.

    Beth Richards - Relationship Manager.

    Beth has over 20 years experience in finance and is responsible for liaison with intermediaries and Fiduciary clients. She worked in the UK for 7 years for Chase Manhattan Bank, before returning to Guernsey to work for various banks, as a Treasury Dealer, Relationship Manager and Manager of a small managed bank.

    Ali has over 30 years experience working for Lloyds Bank International. This includes the Private Bank and for the last 8 years within the Commercial Team. In her current role she assists in managing local Intermediary and Fiduciary relationships. She has gained experience in various roles within the Bank which assists her in delivering client needs.
